Konica Minolta BizHUB C350
We have a couple of Konica Minolta BizHUB C350 Photocopier/Scanner/ Printer units and they are generally very reliable.
Last week one of the machines failes to scan and print, and came up with the following error on the display screen.
"The Machine has detected an error and has malfunctioned. Please Call Technical Representative The Error Code C-001A"
In my experience, more often then none, rebooting the photocopier clears these type of errors. Sometimes these kind of errors are also displayed, followings a paper jam.

Replacing the imaging units, continued to bring the same error message. However, this particular error points to the imaging units in the photocopier not being used it was discovered. As it happens during transportation, the if the toners are not kept straight (as instructed by the manufacturer's) the toner tends to slide away to one side and sit there, and therefore accumulates in and around the gear.
Cleaning and vigorously shaking the imaging units corrected this problem.

Thanks for the post. Just replaced the Yellow Image Unit and received Error. A quick Google search got me to this page. Removal, shaking, and reinsert of unit rectified the problem.
